Profile SettingEdit the profile photo, nickname, personal info and important settings on this page.
Tap on Start and End Time to modify the setting according to your sleep cycle. Sleep data can only be recorded after 7PM on each day. Please wear the COROS watch for at least 2 hours before your sleep. If Gesture Backlight mode on your watch is set as Auto, Gesture Backlight will be disabled during the sleep hours set here.
When Active Energy and Exercise Time goals are met, your watch will notify you. Close rings on the Today page and the main watch face as goals refresh daily. You can set the goals to an unrealistic level should you want to avoid the notification of reaching the goals.
Heart Rate Zone
There are 3 different heart rate zones for you to choose from. You can select the one that better suits your training needs from the drop-down menu located on the top of the page.
Max Heart Rate Zone is the most straightforward one and can be applied to all users. Adjust the Max Heart Rate to change the zones accordingly. You can also tap and customize individual zones.
Heart Rate Reserve Zone is favored among advanced athletes. Adjust the Resting Heart Rate (RHR) and Max Heart Rate to change the zones accordingly. You can also tap and customize individual zones.
Lactate Threshold Zone is favored among advanced athletes. Adjust the Lactate Threshold to change the zones accordingly. You can also tap and customize individual zones.
Select the unit to be displayed on the COROS app as ft/lbs or cm/kg. This setting doesn’t affect or update the unit setting on the watch.
To change the unit on the watch, from the main watch face > System > More > Unit > Imperial | Metric.
3rd Party Apps
Connect your COROS account with 3rd party apps and enjoy lightning fast data integration to Strava, TrainingPeaks, Apple Health Kit and more. Workouts saved on your COROS account prior to the account link won’t sync to 3rd party apps. Please manually export from the COROS app and upload them to 3rd party apps.COROS supports the integration with the following 3rd party apps.

Navigation Routes Library
Routes for navigation features will be saved on this page from either a .GPX file or an outdoor workout saved on the COROS app.
Tap on a route to view the GPS track and elevation profile. Tap on the elevation profile to display the location on the GPS track according.
Swipe left to delete a route.
To upload a route to your supported COROS watch, you will choose from routes saved on this page on the “Device” page.
Change the login account on this page.
- Shows the current email address used to log in to your COROS account.
- Tap on the email to edit and change to a different email.
- Tap “Relink” to send an activation email to the new email address.
- Complete the activation and log in with the new email address to your COROS account.
- Share your activities and log in using your Facebook account.
- Share your activities and log in using your WeChat account.
