Daily tracking and system settings on your COROS watch

Not only is your COROS watch a great training partner, it also offers plenty daily tracking features and can be used as an everyday watch.

Main Watch Face

Other than the current time, the main watch face also displays lots of practical Information. Based on the watch face option you selected, you can view data such as current time/date, day of the week, calories, exercise time, step counter, floors climbed, remaining battery percentage, sunrise time, sunset time and elevation. Not all of the data listed above will be displayed at once on the main watch face. Press the BACK/LAP button to toggle between each supported data on the main watch face.

You can change the main watch face with preload design options on the COROS app. COROS doesn’t support customization on the watch face design. Click COROS App - Watch Face Setting to learn more.

Main Watch Face Widgets

You can easily access widgets from the main watch face by scrolling up and down. Press the knob/CONFIRM button on the widget page for additional information.

Widget 1
Displays calories, step counter, exercise time and floors climbed.

Widget 2
Displays the heart rate graph for the last 6 hours and the real time heart rate. Click to view the detailed heart rate data in the last 24 hours.

Widget 3
Displays the elevation graph for the last 6 hours. Click to view the detailed elevation data in the last 24 hours.

Widget 4
Displays the atmospheric pressure graph for the last 6 hours. Click to view the detailed atmospheric pressure data in the last 24 hours.

Widget 5
Displays the temperature graph for the last 6 hours. Click to view the detailed temperature data in the last 24 hours.

Widget 6
Displays smart notifications from your phone.

Smart notifications and DND mode

Toolbox Menu

From the main watch face, press and hold the BACK/LAP button to open up the toolbox menu. You can access the following functions.

Do Not Disturb Mode
Select to switch on/off DND mode. Click Smart notifications and DND mode to learn more.

Alarm
Select to set up a new alarm or manage existing alarms.

Compass
Select to open up the 3D compass with real time GPS coordinates and elevation readings.

HR Measurement
Select to take a heart rate measurement.

UltraMax
Select to switch on/off UltraMax GPS mode in outdoor running workout modes.

Navigation Settings
Select to choose the navigation settings, start a route to follow and view the elevation profile.

Map
Select to view and follow the saved routes that is closest to your current location.

Stopwatch
Select to use the stopwatch function.

Timer
Select to set up a new timer with repeatable timer feature available.

Watch Face
Select to choose different watch face and theme color options.

System
Select to open up System menu.

Altitude Performance (available on VERTIX)
Select to take your SpO2 blood oxygen measurement.

Night Mode (available on VERTIX)
Select to switch on/off the night mode which provides low brightness level always-on backlight.

Watch Menu and Settings

From the main watch face, press the knob/CONFIRM button to open up a menu. You can select workout modes, view workout history via “AI Trainer” and access additional settings via “System”. Menu customization is not supported.

System

In this menu, you can adjust the following settings.

Do Not Disturb
Select to switch on/off DND mode. Click Smart notifications and DND mode to learn more.

Workout Interface
Select to choose the background color, font size and auto scroll feature. If the font size is set as large, it will only show numbers after remaining on one data page for over 5 seconds.

Pair Phone
Select to open up the QR code for the watch pairing process.

Accessories
Select to add new ANT+ supported accessories, manage added accessories or broadcast heart rate data from your watch to supported ANT+ accessories.

Calibrate
Select to calibrate the elevation reading manually or using GPS and calibrate the 3D compass.

In the menu, you can adjust the following settings.

Language
Select to change among English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, German, Spanish and French.

Watch Face & Theme Color
Select to choose different watch face and theme color options.

Gesture Backlight
Select to change the gesture backlight options.

Wrist Hand
Select to change your watch wearing hand.

Digital Knob
Select to choose the location and rotation direction for the knob. Set the knob location as Left for enhanced right-handed user experience.

Vibration
Select to change vibration settings for keys and activity alerts.

Tones
Select to change tones settings for keys, messages/calls, alarms and activity alert.

Auto Lock
Select to change the auto lock feature for the standby mode and workout mode.

Units
Select to change between imperial and metrics.

Date/Time
Select to change settings including 24-hour, Auto Sync, Time Zone and Time/Date.

GPS
Select to change the GPS mode for workouts. GPS+GLONASS may have higher battery consumption than GPS Normal.
UltraMax GPS mode is available for outdoor running modes. After starting any outdoor running workout, press and hold the BACK/LAP button to bring up the toolbox menu and locate the UltraMax setting.

GPS Satellite Location Data
Select to view the remaining valid duration of stored GPS info. Update this on the COROS app and click to learn more at COROS App - GPS Satellite Data.

Altitude Mode (available on VERTIX)
Select to switch on/off Altitude mode.

Device’s Info
Select to view watch ID and hardware/software version info.

Reset All
Select to perform a factory reset. Click COROS App - Reset to learn more.

Turn Off
Select to turn off the watch.
