Maintenance

Please clean the watch after every workout using mild soapy water. Please let the watch air dry before wearing again. Keep the heart rate monitor and charging port clean and clear of debris. Avoid excessive exposure to extreme temperatures.

Please recharge the watch before the battery reaches 0% to prolong the battery life.

COROS watches aren’t designed or suited for diving activities. Diving activities may damage the watch and aren’t covered by the limited warranty.

Policies

Warranty
COROS provides 2 year limited warranty on watch products. Accessories including watchbands and charging cables are covered by a 90 day warranty. Limited warranty doesn’t cover used products and products purchased from unauthorized reseller channels.

If you need to claim your warranty, please send an email to support@coros.com and include your original order confirmation/invoice/receipt, current shipping address, watch model/color/size. Any video and photo proof is appreciated and can speed up the procedure.

If your warranty request is approved, COROS will provide a return label for you to ship back the current defective watch in its original packaging with all accessories to our mailing address. Please include your order info and a brief warranty claim in the shipment. COROS ships out the replacement after receiving the returned unit.

Return
COROS offers a 30 day money back guarantee return policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be returned in their original physical condition with all accessories and packaging. COROS does not cover shipping costs for products that are returned for a refund. Please contact customer support for return procedures and approvals. Approved refund takes up to 5 business days to show up on your bank account. Original shipping costs and customs are not refundable.

Exchange
COROS doesn’t offer product exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product in its original condition, please follow the return procedures and place a new order.

Shipping
The order processing and shipping cutoff time is 12PM PST. Orders received after 12PM PST might be processed on the next business day. Weekend delivery may not be applicable. All orders ship from California, US. COROS offers 2-day, 3-day and free ground shipping for orders within the United States.

International Orders
COROS doesn’t cover local VAT, import duties and taxes on international orders purchased from coros.com. Please check with the local governing agencies on import policies and procedures. It can take over 7 business days for the shipment to clear customs and deliver to your address. Please contact the shipping carrier for shipping related questions.
