1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by COROS Wearables Inc., 41 Corporate Park, Suite 205, Irvine, CA 92606 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and other countries where COROS ships products, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit a valid email address through the official contest entry form hosted by COROS Wearables. Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries will be disqualified. Entries will be accepted starting May 7, 2025 and ending May 16, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT.
4. Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive:
- One (1) White Silicone COROS PACE 3 Watch
- One (1) Nylon COROS Band signed by COROS Pro Athletes
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize package is $258 USD. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about May 17, 2025. Winners will be notified via the email address provided within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) business days, or is otherwise ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
6. Conditions
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from COROS Wearables. Participants may unsubscribe at any time. Entry does not require a purchase.
By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow COROS Wearables to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
COROS Wearables is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues that may prevent entry.

8. General Terms
Sponsor shall be excused to the extent that performance is rendered impossible by strike, fire, flood, governmental acts or orders or restrictions, failure of suppliers, or any other reason where failure to perform is beyond the reasonable control of and is not caused by the negligence of the nonperforming party. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of technical failure, fraud, or other circumstances beyond its control. All decisions of the Sponsor are final.
9. Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
