Global Product Security Update Support Policy
COROS is committed to the security of users and connected products worldwide. Security updates will be provided for COROS products and related software within their support periods. These updates may include security patches, vulnerability fixes, and other security improvements.
Scope
This policy applies to COROS-branded products sold worldwide that have digital connectivity or can receive security updates. It also applies to the firmware, COROS App, Training Hub, cloud services, and other software required for those products to function. Purely physical accessories with no digital functionality are not covered.
Discontinued products remain within scope for as long as they are within a committed security support period. If a longer period applies under local law, or is stated for a specific country, region, or product, that longer period will be followed.
Support Period
Security updates will be provided for the products and software listed below until at least the dates shown. COROS's published minimum security support period is 5 years from a product's official release date. The fixed end date in the table below is the final commitment for each product or software item.
A published minimum support period will not be shortened. If a support period is extended, the corresponding date will be updated as soon as reasonably possible.
Security updates are delivered through software upgrades. Users should keep devices and related software updated to the latest available version.
The security support period is separate from the warranty period, feature update period, cloud service availability period, product compatibility period, and expected product lifetime.
