We've partnered with reputable organizations within the industry to ensure your old watch finds a new home, not only extending its life cycle but also contributing to a more sustainable future by reducing electronic waste.

Unfortuantely, we are unable to process a return for the old watch. Rest assured, it will be recycled in an environmentally responsible manner. Our customer support team will contact you if your old watch is rejected.
Unfortunately, the trade-in can’t be canceled once you ship out your old watch. We will not return your old watch even if you choose to return your COROS order.
The refund is issued to your eligible COROS order within 2 weeks after your old Garmin or Apple watch is received and the condition is verified by us.
While we currently limit the program to the US, we're always evaluating opportunities to expand it to more regions in the future, aiming to make the trade-in seamless and eco-friendly for everyone.
