What Happens to My Device?

After you send your device back, here’s what happens:

  • First, your device will be collected at our nearest warehouse:
    • United States: Irvine, California
  • After gathering devices for repair, they are shipped in bulk to our factory.
  • At our factory, your device is repaired and refurbished to "Like New" standards.
  • Once ready, it joins our refurbished inventory for future users.

Why Am I Not Getting My Device Back?

Cost & Sustainability
Shipping each device individually to our factory in Asia would increase costs and create a larger carbon footprint. By batching shipments from the US and Europe, we reduce environmental impact while keeping the program affordable.

Minimized Downtime
The repair process can take up to 30 days. Instead of waiting without a device for a month, you can get a replacement immediately to keep training uninterrupted.


Why Don't You Offer Local Repairs?

Currently, COROS repairs all devices at our dedicated factory in Asia, ensuring strict quality control from start to finish. While we are actively looking for repair partners in the US and Europe, none have met our standards in terms of quality, cost, and turnaround time.

We believe that every COROS device, whether brand new or refurbished, should deliver the best experience possible, and that means handling repairs the right way.

A core piece of our business is continuing to add value to our devices through updates, far past the point of purchase, with a goal of allowing our users to use their devices for as long as possible.
