European Market Manager

COROS is seeking a self-starting, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Market Manager in the UK or France. In this role, you will bring your experience of marketing and account management to the table and play an important part of COROS’ international expansion serving our consumers and partners in Europe. The ideal candidate is an individual who can work well independently and within a cross-functional environment. This is a project-based contract/consulting opportunity with potential to be transitions to a full time role.

Responsibilities:
·Work in conjunction with local distributor(s) to develop new business
·Execute marketing activities per company plans
·Post, manage and interact with COROS consumers on social media
·Manage relationships with existing international media partners, and prospect additional partners for earned media
·Identify potential Pro Athletes and other paid marketing opportunities for COROS Global Team
·Oversee European Ambassador program
·Support international distributors to deliver assets and drive global awareness
·Travel as needed to local events including races, store and club demos, expos and industry events

Qualifications:
·At least three years of experience in sales and/or marketing, (outdoor and performance sports industry preferred
·Proficient in English and Local territory language (additional language proficiency preferred)
·Familiar with EU corporate laws, regulations and business culture.
·Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
·Highly detail-oriented, organized and proactive
·Strong knowledge of internet and software applications, including Microsoft Office and other related business software
·Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.)
·College Degree in Marketing or related field.
·Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

European Operation Manager (NL)

COROS is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operation Manager near Amsterdam, NL. In this role, you will bring your experience in operations management and logistics to the table and play an important part in COROS’ international expansion serving our consumers, and retail and distribution partners in Europe. The ideal candidate is an individual who is self-motivated and can work well within a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide industry leading customer support for product inquires, troubleshooting and technical analysis through various communication channels for runners, cyclists, climbers and all kinds of outdoor enthusiasts. You will serve as a COROS sport technology products expert and help enhance the product and customer experience.

Responsibilities:
· Become an expert in COROS products, features and customer needs
· Answer customer inquiries and provide technical assistance and support via email, phone call, social media and other channels as needed
· Identify, analyze and record product related feedback and report to the engineering team
· Engage in marketing and product development projects and support internal teams when necessary
· Travel as needed to local events including races, expos and industry events
