Submit a Request via the COROS App
1. Open the COROS App and sync your device.
2. Go to the Profile page (4th icon at the bottom).
3. Select Customer Support → Contact Support.
4. Choose your device model and the reason for contacting us.
5. Provide a detailed message explaining the issue, along with any attachments (if needed).
6. Agree to the COROS Privacy Policy and press Submit.
