Reporting to: Head of Europe, with dotted reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing

Location: Hybrid/Remote in the EU/UK

Primary Language: English

Job Description:

COROS is a sports technology company focused on building the best products and training solutions for endurance athletes and adventurers. Our mission is to provide consumers all over the world with the hardware and software tools they need to achieve their goals and bring them even closer to the sports they love. We put the consumer at the forefront of everything and we are relentless in providing meaningful value, whether that's through the products we make, our regular software updates, or the stories we tell.

As COROS continues to scale in Europe, we're looking for a CRM & Performance Marketing Manager to take full regional ownership of two critical growth channels: email and paid media. This role will collaborate closely with the US-based global marketing team and regional teams across Europe, while remaining directly responsible for specific performance and commerical goals in these markets. From helping to shape the regional strategy to running day-to-day execution, this role is perfect for someone looking to build systems and execute those strategies across countries, languages, and audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-time role based within the EU or the UK, with flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setup depending on location.
  • Own end-to-end CRM and performance marketing across key European markets, including email, paid social, and paid search, spanning strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Translate global brand and product campaigns into locally relevant CRM and performance initiatives, while aligning closely with the US-based global marketing team on priorities, reporting cadence, and scaling of tactics across markets.
  • Build, execute, and continuously refine lifecycle, newsletter, and campaign-based email programs that support product launches, brand moments, and long-term customer engagement.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, ensuring budgets are deployed efficiently and performance is continuously improved.
  • Oversee localization and translation workflows to ensure messaging is accurate, culturally relevant, and aligned with COROS' brand voice across regions.
  • Maintain a clear regional marketing calendar and performance reporting cadence to support transparency, alignment, and cross-functional collaboration with regional marketing teams and the global brand marketing team.
  • Act as a brand steward of channel quality and effectiveness, ensuring CRM and performance marketing contribute meaningfully to long-term brand health, rather than just short-term results.
  • Stay current on platform changes, tools, and best practices, with a particular focus on how automation and AI can improve efficiency without compromising quality or control.
  • Remain connected to endurance sports culture, with a strong awareness of running, cycling, climbing, and the broader sports industry.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in data-driven digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on CRM/email and paid performance channels
  • Demonstrated ability to own campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution through optimization and analysis
  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta and Google advertising platforms, with familiarity across tools such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics, or similar CRM and analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and creative feedback is a strong plus
  • Strong judgment when balancing performance, brand, and messaging, with a clear point of view on tone, sequencing, and how campaigns show up to the consumer
  • A confident, independent operator who can manage priorities, make decisions, and drive work forward without heavy oversight
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across markets
  • Comfortable collaborating across regions and US time zones, with the ability to clearly translate performance data into insights and recommendations for both peers and senior stakeholders
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian are a strong plus
  • A genuine enthusiasm for sports and the intersection of technology, brand, and culture

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Permanent, full-time (40hrs/week) employment with 25 days paid leave and local holidays
  • Competitive salary depending on experience and location
  • Young, dynamic, and motivated team in an international setting
  • Space for ideas and independent work
  • Flat hierarchy and short decision-making processes
  • Flexible work hours with respect for rest periods and work-life balance

Location:

Brand Creative Producer

Reporting to: Head of Brand Marketing

Location: Remote in UK or EU

Primary Language: English

Job Description:

COROS is a sports technology company focused on building the best products and training solutions for endurance athletes. Our mission is to provide athletes around the world with hardware, software, and storytelling that brings them closer to the sports they love. Whether it’s the products we build, the updates we release, or the narratives we tell, we prioritize meaningful value and authenticity for consumers in everything we do.

The Brand Creative Producer will play a central role in shaping the visual world of COROS. Working across product launches, global athlete stories, brand films, social-first content, major race activations, hardware and software education, and more, this role will be integral component of the Brand Marketing Team. You will be a key force behind our films, photoshoots, educational content, and creative projects in the UK and EU – helping COROS stand apart in a crowded and competitive industry.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of sport, art, and technology. The right candidate will be comfortable traveling across the continent to work with athletes, run point on shoots, and help transform complex technology features into clear, compelling visual stories. They should understand the nuance of both product hardware and software–and how to translate technical functionality into emotionally compelling content.

In addition to production, this role requires hands-on video editing skills. You’ll take raw footage from shoots, athlete training sessions, race environments, and studio, and craft it into polished storytelling and social-first content.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-time role based in the UK or EU with regular travel for shoots, race activations, and athlete projects.
  • Act as a creative lead and producer across a wide range of brand initiatives—from global product launches to athlete features to technical education.
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing and Product Education teams to develop concepts, build briefs, create shot lists, and shepherd projects from briefing through delivery.
  • Lead photo and video shoots of all sizes, from lightweight and lean to multi-day productions with athletes in demanding environments.
  • Translate complex hardware and software features into engaging, easy-to-follow visual stories that help athletes understand how COROS powers their training.
  • Edit video content across formats: product explainers, athlete stories, social content, tutorials, and launch films.
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with COROS brand standards, visual identity, and storytelling philosophy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and creative excellence.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, pre-production planning, and post-production workflows with precision and ownership.
  • Stay deeply connected to the culture of endurance sports–running, cycling, climbing, skiing, and more–to ensure content feels real and relevant.
  • Understand the global race calendar, athlete milestones, and major cultural moments in endurance sports to identify opportunities for storytelling.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in creative production, filmmaking, content creation, or video editing–ideally within sports, outdoor, or technology brands.
  • Skilled video editor with strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere (and ideally After Effects or DaVinci Resolve).
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours, as the Brand Marketing team is primarily US-based and may require later calls or collaboration windows.
  • Experienced producer with hands-on involvement in small and large photo/video shoots, both studio and on location.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, with the ability to adapt to shifting timelines, travel demands, and production constraints.
  • Deep understanding of how to communicate hardware and software features visually and clearly.
  • Passionate about sports, storytelling, design, and creative expression–ideally with personal experience in endurance sports such as trail running, climbing, skiing, or cycling.
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate across regions, departments, and disciplines.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and confident leading projects independently while balancing multiple priorities.
  • A creative thinker with a strong eye for detail, who cares deeply about brand, tone, and the story behind the visuals.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines at once without letting details slip.
  • A positive, collaborative presence who is genuinely enjoyable to work with–calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and trusted by cross-functional partners.

Location:

  • Remote position based in the UK or EU
  • Employment will be facilitated through a COROS EU/UK entity or a compliant Employer of Record (EOR), depending on location.
  • Local employment laws and protections apply.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary depending on experience and location.
  • Full-time permanent employment with 25 days paid holidays, aligned with local standards.
  • Employer pension contributions and statutory benefits where applicable.
