At COROS, we continuously seek new ways to help you achieve your goals through a safe, optimized, and entirely individualized training journey. For us, it all starts with the Training Hub – our desktop platform designed to help you understand your past, analyze your present, and create your future through EvoLab, our integrated sports science tool.
If you are new to the COROS community, welcome! The very first step you will want to complete is to unlock EvoLab. Our sports science platform requires preliminary data to get to know you and provide accurate metrics. Please read through our Tips For Unlocking EvoLab to understand how to accomplish this.
Although most of this information can be found on your COROS app, let's get an overview of the desktop version together.
An Overview of The Training Hub
Welcome to Dashboard - a place where you can get a glimpse of your training without diving too much into metrics. The desktop Dashboard also reflects your COROS app main page. Some of the major components within your Dashboard include:
- Running Fitness: for an assessment of your various running abilities.
- Training Status & Recovery: for an overview of your fatigue.
- Threshold & Pace Zones: as intensity guides for your workouts.

A Closer Look At EvoLab
Welcome to EvoLab - our sports science tool where you can analyze your training via insightful metrics once it is unlocked. While you will find EvoLab only on the desktop version via the "EvoLab Metrics" tab, some simplified graphs are available on the COROS app.
A great way to get to know your EvoLab metrics is by following the button in the picture below to personalize your graph with available data. For more information, visit our in-depth EvoLab 101 training blog.

Planning Your Training
The "Calendar" section of the Training Hub is where the magic happens. By easily creating structured workouts and implementing them into your calendar, EvoLab can provide estimated metrics based on your current fitness to tell you how you would react to those workouts.
If you do not have a coach, Training Hub makes it easier when self-guiding your training. Additionally, as a COROS customer, you have access to COROS COACHES for free, where you can ask us any training-related questions!
For more information, please visit the Training Plan library, Workout library, or Fitness Tests list.

This feature is only available on the desktop version.
